This customer service agreement is made between customer and (classicmaid.in). It is located in The avenue, 5th floor 505/506, marol naka, andheri (east), mumbai - 400059

This agreement governs the placement consultancy services provided by classicmaid.in to the client for the employment of Housmaids, Cooks, Babysitterers, Nannies, Patient care, Elder care, Japa maids, and other related services.

By accepng the terms and condions outlined below, the client agrees to be bound by this agreement, which is executed electronically/manually. The pares acknowledge that this agreement is legally enforceable under the provisions of india law, including the indian contract act, 1872.

Welcome to Classic Maid, your trusted domestic staffing partner in Mumbai. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and condition. Please read them carefully


1.Company Overview

Classic Maid is a Mumbai-based domesc staffing agency, offering personalized placement services for:

Housemaids

Babysitters & Nannies

Cooks

Parent & Elder Care

Japa Maids

And our exclusive Chottu Service (only From Classic Maid)


2. Scope Of Operation

We currently operate only within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai provide services strictly within this region. We may expand to other cies in the future, but at present, all client and candidate engagements must be within the Mumbai city limits.


3. Exclusive-Chottu Service

Classic Maid offers a unique Chottu Service, available only in Mumbai, to ensure you never face inconvenience when your regular maid is absent.

Trigger : When your regular maid takes leave or resigns.

Service Provided : Full House Swipping And Mopping, Utensils cleaning only.

Not Included : Cooking, Caregiving, Babysing, or Deep Cleaning.

Duration : Until your maid returns or a replacement is arranged.

Charges : Decided mutually between Classic Maid and the client before the service begins.


4. Service Fee

Classic Maid charges a consultancy fee equal to one month's salary of the selected candidate +GST. This is a one-time service fee separate from the maid's salary, which must be paid directly to the worker by the client.


5. Payment Structure

50% of the service fee is payable at the me of Registration.

50% remaining amount at the me of candidate joining immediately.


6. Candidate Selection Process

You may interview shortlisted candidates via phone or video call Once you choose a candidate, they are sent to your home. If you proceed With hiring, onboarding is facilitated by our executive.


7. Job Description Requirements

All tasks must be clearly communicated at the time of Registration. If a candidate is assigned additional or unrelated work after hiring and resigns due to this, Classic Maid will not be liable, and no replacement or refund will be provided.


8. Contract Duraon & Replacements

Your Registration is valid for 1 year from the Registration date. You are eligible for up to 3 replacements during this me, subject to availability and the terms mentioned.


9. Replacement Conditions

We will only process replacements if:
The current or previous candidate has no pending salary dues.
The candidate has officially left your employment.
Replacement is subject to availability.


10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:
Verify and assess the candidates suitability during the trial.
Pay salaries on me.
Clearly define dues and expectactions upfront.
Refrain from asking candidates to handle unsafe or unreasonable tasks.


11. Security & Medical Checks

Clients are advised to inspect the candidates belongings when entering or leaving the premises. Medical examinations may be conducted at the clients expense, if desired.


12. Police Verification

Classic Maid assists by providing idenfy and address documentaon. However, clients are responsible for complenting police verification of the candidate.


13. Misconduct & Liability

Classic Maid shall not be held liable for:
Theft, loss, or cash / valuables handed over to the candidate.
Misconduct or absenteeism of the worker.


14. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel the contract for personal or other reasons, no refund will be issued.
If no candidate is provided at all by us, 50% of your service fee will be refunded within 45 days.


15. Additional Charges

If interviews are requested on non-standard days\mes, an extra charge of Rs.500 per visit will apply.


16. Documentation & Invoice

After the full service fee is received, you will get:
An officially invoice.
The selected candidates supporting documents.


17. Confidenality

All business terms, candidate details, and processes shared by Classic Maid are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.


18. Modificaon to Contract

Id you did like to modify your agreement or service expectations after hiring, you must inform us wring.


19. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes will be handled through arbitration in Mumbai as per the Arbitration & Concillation Act, 1996.
Arbitraon proceedings will be conducted in English.


20. Acceptance Of Terms

By Registering or using our services, you automatically accept these terms and condions, whether or not a physical signature is provided.

All payments must be made in the name of.
